Accelerating the next generation of Asian women leaders

Project EmpowerHER’s 8-Week Summer Fellowship is an immersive leadership accelerator created for Asian women, by an Asian woman. We bridges the gap between ambition and execution—giving high school and college-aged Asian women the tools, mentorship, and platform to step into their power, build impactful initiatives, and lead without permission.

Overcome self-doubt, master executive presence, and learn how to command any room—from pitching on stage to leading in the boardroom
Turn a passion or community issue into a tangible, structured project with step-by-step guidance on planning, execution, and scaling.
Learn key business fundamentals, revenue models, and storytelling. Test your ideas in real time and prepare to pitch for funding.
Understand how to drive real-world civic engagement, advocate for underrepresented communities, and build lasting, mission-driven organizations.

Put your skills into practice. At the end of the fellowship, Fellows present their community initiatives to a panel of judges for real seed funding and scholarships.
